Two-room apartment suitable for up to 5 people, excellent for those who want to stay near the fairground.

The apartment is on a mezzanine level and is located on the ground floor of a building in the San Donato area.
The hallway in the entrance leads to the living area of the house, divided into a living room and kitchen.
The kitchen, albeit small, is well equipped with basic utensils and appliances. It has a dining table and is in the open space with the relaxation area, where a comfortable 2-seater bed is positioned which creates a real additional bedroom.
In the same room you will also find a fold-away sofa bed, 1 and a half square, perfect for an extra guest; a cot with mattress, flat screen TV, wardrobe and drawers.

A staircase in wood and steel gives access to the mezzanine, where the double bedroom opens up with a large window, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and television.

The bathroom is located in the left wing of the front door, has been recently renovated and has new sanitary facilities and a spacious shower cubicle.
Sheets, towels and courtesy kit are provided at each check-in.

The house has a modern and functional design, exposed iron beams emerge from the mezzanine, the floor is entirely in parquet and the large window in the living room makes the whole space bright and welcoming.

The San Donato district is very vast territorially and has different urban destinations: we find residential areas, areas intended for services and commerce (the Fair and the fruit and vegetable market) and land still used for agriculture can be found. We are in the city and the neighborhood still has incredibly rural areas.
The neighborhood takes its name from the ancient Via San Donato which crosses it entirely and which represented one of the main commercial transit routes of the city of Bologna. The current layout of the neighborhood was reached only between the 1950s and the 1970s when, still in the municipality, it decided to intervene with public construction. Before these interventions, it can be said that the San Donato district was slightly behind in terms of demographic development compared to the rest of the city. The inauguration of the "Pillar" can be traced back to this period, another public building project, well known in the city, which, however, still seems to be located on the edge of both the San Donato district and the city.
